someone has to love him, i guess that person has to be me. oops.

his inferiority complex and messed up sense of self fascinate me; that doesn't mean i'm going to overlook his extremely problematic actions, don't worry, i know he's not a good person - hopefully this should be obvious, but i don't condone or support any of the awful things he does. feel free to silently judge me for my terrible taste in characters though, that's completely fair.

well, thank you for visiting anyway! honestly, if you have any interest in F/SN, i'd totally recommend either reading the visual novel OR watching the anime (people can say what they want about Studio Deen's 2006 adaptation, i think it's a perfectly fine starting point) - if you just want a quick summary of Shinji's personality though, i'll do my best, as i'd rather not spoil story details for anyone interested to learn more:
Shinji is arrogant, selfish, and impulsive - he has a terrible inferiority complex and struggles to accept the care Shirou (his best friend) and Sakura (his sister) offer him, dismissing it as pity. he looks down on other people and desperately yearns to be special, to the point of being extremely aggressive and violent towards the few people who care about him in an attempt to keep their attention and respect through fear.

normal outfit: 5/10

the colors don't suit him super well, but i'm
so used to seeing him like this so i don't mind

casual outfit: 8/10

honestly? kind of love it, looks cozy,
big fan of his coat, i'd wear it irl

"False Attendant's Writings" outfit: 3/10

it's a nice outfit, but i don't think it suits him,
although it makes him look like a butch lesbian
so it gets bonus points for that

"Victor's Complacency" outfit: 9/10

it's giving 'rich but sickly victorian child'
and honestly i think that's wonderful

"The Have-Not" outfit: 9/10

another great addition to the
'rich but sickly victorian child' collection

"Traces of Dreams" outfit: 10/10

his best outfit (in my opinion)!!
i wish he'd worn it more often

"Today's Menu for the Emiya Family" (anime) outfit: 6/10

simple but nice, not much to say on this one.
wish he'd appeared more in "Today's Menu for the Emiya Family"...

"Fate/school life" outfit: 9/10

it would've been a 10/10, but he looks
too smug about it so i took away a point

cute!!! it was fun to see him cooking,
even if he complained a lot

he's a LOSER and i hope he EXPLODES.
by that i mean "i like Carnival Phantasm so automatically
he gets a 10/10 because i make the rules here"
